Dr. Tanicia Daley, MD, MPH
Dr. Daley is an Associate Professor of Pediatrics at Emory University School of Medicine and is part of the Pediatric Institute at Emory University and Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. Dr. Daley’s main research focus is on CFRD. As a doctor who studies hormones and how they affect people with CF, she looks for ways to reduce the harmful effects of CFRD on those living with the disease. Her goal is to understand what causes CFRD to develop and how it progresses. Besides studying how CFRD develops, she also wants to learn more about the health outcomes for people with CFRD. She is particularly interested in learning how a person’s surroundings and social conditions affect when and how they get CFRD.
