This is a data collection study. This means that participants will not take any medication or undergo any treatment during the study. Participants in this research study will undergo one in-person visit. This can be spread out over multiple clinic appointments if needed. Participants will also wear several devices at home, including a continuous glucose monitor, a physical activity watch, and a 24-hour blood pressure monitor. Some devices can’t be worn at the same time, so it may take up to four weeks to finish all the study tasks. Participants will also complete questionnaires about diabetes and its treatment and attend their usual clinic visits, where additional tests may be conducted.
Participants are compensated for their participation in the study activities. We described this more in the consent form. The study team will talk with you about travel assistance to the CF Care Center before you join the study.
